The room was great with a jacuzzi tub and fireplace. the staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was upgraded by the manager. the hotel also accommodated our request for a fire pit for outdoor use. Cypress Hills area is perfect for a gentle outdoor holiday.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great, with easy access to the lake trails and a nearby coffee shop/store. Plus, the hotel had a spa where I was able to book a fantastic massage, which was one of the best I've ever had.

There were a few small issues during my stay. there was a problem with the hot tub not being hot, but the manager promptly addressed it and fixed it the next day.

The lodge offered a quiet retreat, allowing us to relax and unwind. The staff was wonderful, providing helpful information about the area and even supplying us with cutlery and a can opener. The lodge was clean, nicely decorated, and had a cozy fireplace to add to the comforting atmosphere. With its proximity to the lake, we had easy access to outdoor activities.
